The pair - in "his and hers" red trousers - later ate a romantic off-piste picnic arranged by Wills, 27.
Pals have been stunned by how openly affectionate the royal has been with long-term love Kate, 28.
Wills - on a week's break from his RAF helicopter training - flew out last week to join Kate's family and pals in posh resort Courchevel.
The prince even jokingly called Kate's father "dad" as he stroked her hair at a restaurant yesterday. A pal said: "I don't think I've ever seen them so in love."
